### User Journey — From Stake → Play → Govern

Aetherium X is designed as a closed-loop ecosystem where every action connects finance, entertainment, and governance.\
The journey is simple:

#### Stake

Users deposit mainstream crypto assets (USDT, ETH, BNB, SOL, etc.) through the Liquidity Staking Protocol (LSP).\
In return, they earn sustainable DeFi yields plus AXT rewards, backed by diversified on-chain liquidity pools and selected real-world assets (RWA).

#### Play

AXT is used to participate in casual, on-chain mini-games such as Lucky Wheel, Dice, Slots, and PvP Duels.\
Winning yields token rewards; losing still grants NFT fragments that can later be forged into utility NFTs — ensuring that every action retains economic value.

#### Govern

Users can re-stake AXT to mint VEXA, the governance and premium-access token.\
Holding VEXA unlocks DAO voting rights, advanced staking tiers, and higher reward multipliers — transforming active participants into long-term ecosystem stakeholders.

### DeFi Module (Earnings) — How Staking Works

The DeFi Module is the financial backbone of Aetherium X.\
It leverages an AI-driven liquidity engine to dynamically route capital across DeFi, CeFi, and RWA strategies, aiming to optimize yield while managing risk.

#### Key Mechanics

* **Smart Allocation**\
  Real-time AI analysis distributes capital across protocols such as Uniswap, Curve, Balancer, and selected CeFi and RWA partners.
* **Real Yield**\
  Returns are generated from trading fees, interest spreads, and tokenized real-world asset yields — not from inflationary emissions.
* **Transparent Distribution**\
  All staking rewards are settled on-chain via the Liquidity Staking Protocol (LSP), proportional to each user’s contribution.
* **Deflationary Support**\
  A portion of protocol yields is redirected to buy back **VEXA** on the open market and either burn it or lock it under long-term, governance-controlled schedules, turning external income into structural value accrual for the ecosystem.

Participants can trade outcome shares (YES / NO / INVALID) throughout all market stages — from Pending to AI Verdict, Appeal, and Final Settlement.\
Markets remain open until final confirmation, supporting liquidity and engagement.

**🤖 AI Verdict + On-Chain Proofs**

AI oracles deliver preliminary resolutions based on verified, whitelisted data sources.\
Each verdict is accompanied by on-chain snapshots and cryptographic proofs to ensure transparency.

**⚖️ Challenge & Arbitration**

Disputed outcomes can be challenged during defined time windows.\
Contested cases escalate to VEXA governance, where community voting determines final resolution.

**💡 Creator Economy**

AXT holders can create prediction markets by posting refundable bonds and defining creator fees, incentivizing high-quality market creation while discouraging spam.

#### 🔥 Value Flow — The AXT → VEXA Feedback Loop

Platform fees and house edge generated by AXT Predict are split between:

* **AXT Treasury**\
  Used to support staking rewards, liquidity provisioning, and ecosystem incentives.
* **VEXA Buyback Pool**\
  A designated portion of net fees is allocated to buy back VEXA on the open market and either burn it or lock it into long-term, governance-controlled programs.
